It is a widespread belief that going on diet automatically means eating
food that’s basically tasteless. Being overweight is often the result of
the uncontrolled ingestion of traditional, tasty meals which as a rule,
contain too many calories and too much fat.
But it’s not the calories and fat that adds the taste to our food. Unless
being overweight is self-imposed, it’s usually due to ignorance. Ignorance
that slimming food also tastes incredibly good.
TWC have, since 1981, and with increasing success helped thousands of
people lose weight, based on this philosophy : WE EAT LARGE PORTIONS OF THE
FOOD WE LIKE – AND LOSE WEIGHT AT THE SAME TIME!
And what we like is a diet that in addition to being healthy and slimming,
are also our favourite dishes. It sounds like a bad joke, but don’t laugh.
I have written this book as evidence.

Motivation is certainly not lacking, but the starting point is, as a rule,
incorrect. You try to force yourself, just like those who try to stop
smoking. All goes well for a few days, but then the withdrawal symptoms
appear and self-pity sneaks in and paves the way for the “well deserved”
treats.
Dieting is a sport – a team sport and a combat sport, and a sport which
should be engaged at a club. The club is called TWC. The trainer lays the
tactic and provides the recipe to victory. The players motivate and
support each other and together every week, present amazing results in the
battle against those excess kilos.
